There are two options for shipping within the UK and Canada – regular service and expedited. Please note in the comment box if you would prefer an expedited service and a member of our team will contact you with the cost of this service depending on weight of your purchase. We offer FREE shipping (regular service) for all orders over £100. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Our cushions are made to order. Please allow 3-4 week from the date you placed your order to when your order is dispatched. Please note in the checkout comment box whether there is a date you need your order by and we will work hard to get your order to you within this timeframe.
International Orders – Outside of the UK and Canada
We ship all over the world! Shipping prices may vary depending on your location. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We offer FREE shipping (regular service) for all orders over £100.
Payment for products and delivery services are to be made in pounds sterling (£) if bought in the UK, Europe or an international order. If bought in Canada payment to be made in Canadian dollars ($).
For all deliveries to an EU address, the price paid for the product and the delivery service will include UK VAT and HST will be charged for Canadian orders.
For all other countries, you’ll be responsible for the payment of any local import duties on receipt of your parcel.
Customer service is very important to us and we want you to be delighted with your purchase(s). If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we ask that you notify us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. An item can be exchanged or a customer can receive a full refund within these 14 days. After 30 days, a customer can exchange the item. After 30 days, there are no exchanges or refunds. Any damaged items must be reported at once. For all returns and exchanges, the merchandise must be returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging. Please follow the guidelines on the delivery note. If you no longer have your delivery note, please include a letter giving your name, address, email, telephone number & customer number.
Parcels are returned at your own cost. Please ensure that you get a tracking number, in the unlikely event we do not receive the returned parcel. An item will be not considered as ‘returned’ until we receive it.
